Assessment and Advice: Our team provides initial assessments and professional advice on how to proceed with your project. We consider factors like feasibility, market trends, and cost-efficiency. To ensure transparency and a positive experience, please review our detailed booking policy: Deposits are Non-Refundable: Deposits are required to secure your booking and are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows. Service Fees are Non-Refundable: All fees for services are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver services as explicitly described in the service description provided to you at the time of booking. Mediation for Disputes: In the event of a disagreement, both the client and us agree to attend mediation to resolve the issue before considering any legal actions. Court actions are not permitted until mediation is attempted. Cancellation for Late Appointments: Appointments more than 5 minutes late will be canceled. We understand unforeseen circumstances, so please communicate delays in advance if possible. However, repeated lateness may result in additional fees or loss of appointment. Rescheduling Policy: Clients are allowed to reschedule appointments with at least 48 hours' notice. Late rescheduling may incur additional charges. Refund Exception: In rare cases where our services do not meet the specifications outlined in the service description and result in a client's dissatisfaction, a refund may be considered after a thorough investigation.
